These 12Ā Awareness Through MovementĀ lessons were taught in a 4-day workshop in Santa Fe, NM in March of 2016. The workshop theme was Jaw, Neck and Shoulders: Feeling the Connections. These lessons have the potential of facilitating profound change in your habitual use of self due to the powerful muscles in the jaw and tongue and the relationship to eyes, head and neck. It is recommended that you do the lessons in the order they are presented. Later you can return to the lessons randomly, as you desire.*
