
This Feldenkrais for Life workshop brings to the foreground one of the popular phrases used among Feldenkrais aficianados – USE OF SELF. Not only that, in addition, the concept of EFFECTIVE. Who doesn’t want to be effective? It was one of the main underpinnings and inspirations for the work of Dr. Feldenkrais. He knew that people being able to effectively manifest their dreams is a deep hunger in all humans. Giving people the tools for that by improving self-use was something he felt was available to anyone who wants to apply themselves to learning.
